I've spent 12+ years in enterprise commercial roles — most recently as a Senior Commercial Executive at Microsoft, where I've closed $10M–$80M deals across Canada's most complex enterprise and Federal accounts.

My edge isn't broad sales leadership. It's two very specific things: the ability to walk into a high-stakes negotiation and close it, and the ability to hold cross-functional teams — Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement — in motion toward a single outcome without direct authority over any of them.
